Beginning A Agility

Beginning A Agility is an entirely on leash class.  The handler must provide a flat (buckle or snap) collar and six (6) foot leash.  The obstacles allowed/required, jump heights offered, and scoring is as follows:

Contacts and Tunnels
A-Frame (apex 4 ft)
Dog Walk
Open Tunnel
Pause Table

Any 6 of the following jumps
Bar Jump
Bush Hurdle
Single-bar Jump
Log Hurdle
Picket Fence
Rail Fence
Spread Hurdle

Jump Heights
Dogs 14" and under will jump 8"
Dogs over 14" and through 20" will jump 14"
Dogs over 20" will jump 14"

Scoring
200 points possible
3 obstacles from the Contacts/Tunnels list at 15 points each
Pause Table at 20 points
9 jumps at 15 points each
(may repeat to reach a total of 9)
